Abdullahi Bashir Haske​

A self-made serial entrepreneur, private investor and philanthropist, Abdullahi Bashir Haske is the Group Managing Director of AA & R Investment Group currently serving as Chairman of several companies including Haske & Williams Limited (a pioneer company in Nigeria’s evolving commercial agriculture sector), Etihad Trading Ltd, Etihad Energy Limited and Etihad Oilfield Services Ltd.

Haske commenced his business career in 2005 as a general contractor, offering services to various sectors of the Nigerian economy including oil and gas, construction and public procurement and has grown his business idea into a full-fledged conglomerate operating across several sectors of the Nigerian and African economy. Haske earned a diploma in political science from the University of Abuja, Nigeria and has done numerous business courses locally and globally.

Abdulrahman Bashir Haske

Abdulrahman Bashir Haske is Executive Director at AA & R Investment Group. He is also the Executive Director at Haske & Williams Company and leads the company’s Northern Region operations out of the Yola Office.

Abdulrahman is a skilled IT professional with years of experience in software architectures, web technologies and applications with a focus on Information Security and Assurance. He is also a proven team leader and communications expert, honed via various leadership roles at his alma mater, American University of Nigeria including Polo Club President and Assistant Director, Academics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (Concentration Security and Assurance) from the American University of Nigeria and is currently concluding an MSc. In Computer Science from the Nigerian Turkish Nile University, Abuja.

Oladipo Williams

An astute Business Specialist and Project Manager with experience leading teams and consistently engaging an extensive network of executive contacts across West Africa’s business environments, Oladipo Olajide Williams is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of AA & R Investment Group (a holding company with several subsidiaries including Etihad Trading Ltd, Etihad Energy Ltd & Etihad Oilfield Services Ltd amongst many others),and also the Executive Vice President/Co-Founder at Haske & Williams Company and Vice Chairman at DIWILL Nigeria Limited.

Oladipo has had an illustrious career across Nigeria’s biggest companies operating in oil and gas, logistics and investments. Among others, key achievements during his career include raising over N160 Million in equity and debt for the commencement of operations on the University of Ilorin mass transit system and a 25-year mass transit concession agreement with the institution. Oladipo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Lagos.
